Organ-on-chip technology is important for better predictive preclinical testing and for keeping (human) cells alive. During this webinar, TNO scientists Evita van de Steeg and Geurt Stokman will discuss liver on chip models that test new compounds for efficacy in drugs for non-alcoholic liver inflammation and liver damage (in NASH/fibrosis) as well as an InTESTine on a chip model to study ADME and the effects of microbiome on drug metabolism.
