Yesterday TPI Nijmegen was launched with a symposium that highlighted the possibilities of local collaboration between Radboudumc, HAN University of Applied Sciences, Animal Welfare Body, Radboudumc Therapy Accelerator for Rare Diseases and Radboud University.

Sharing expertise and knowledge in a local setting
TPI Nijmegen as a collaboration network offers the opportunity to combine local infrastructures, share expertise and knowledge. The alliance with University of Twente offers TPI Nijmegen the chance to become a strong hub in the East of the Netherlands for the transition towards animal-free research. And, as said during the panel discussion, the people of TPI Nijmegen are outspoken and good listeners.
TPI Nijmegen is the fourth official TPI network. TPI Utrecht, TPI Amsterdam and TPI Leiden were established earlier.
